Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency and duration you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose a prepaid option.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Please note that subscription orders are subject to our Exchange & Return Policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in circumstances outlined in that policy, such as items that arrive damaged or defective.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled for a future release.

Full payment is required at checkout to reserve your item. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

As each pre-order is reserved exclusively for you and prepared based on your purchase, pre-order orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once they have been placed. Exceptions apply only in the limited circumstances outlined in our Exchange & Return Policy or where required by applicable law.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.

Any eligible returns or exchanges under this program remain subject to our Exchange & Return Policy.
