Domestic (U.S.) Orders

• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days after processing

Shipping Costs

• $10 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100
• Free shipping on orders $100 and above

International Shipping

We currently ship primarily within the United States.

If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us at info@vplumiere.com.

We may be able to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis depending on your location and order details.

Order Tracking

• Please allow up to 24 hours for updates

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

We want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or appears to have been stolen after delivery, please contact us within 3 business days at info@vplumiere.com. We will investigate the issue and work with you to reach the best resolution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your billing and shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. VesPèra Lumière is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an invalid or incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
