Thank you for shopping with VesPèra Lumière. We take pride in creating high-quality handmade candles and strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as personal preference, scent dissatisfaction, or change of mind.

To help you select your preferred fragrance, we offer smaller sample sizes and encourage customers to try them before purchasing full-size candles.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vplumiere.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, you may choose either:

  • A replacement
  • A refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Custom & Bulk Orders

For custom or bulk orders, we provide design previews or sample images for approval before production begins.

Once the design is approved, changes cannot be made. However, if the final product arrives damaged or does not match the approved sample, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Approved claims will be eligible for replacement, refund to the original payment method, or store credit.

Scent Sensitivity

We understand that scent is personal and subjective. To help you choose, we offer smaller sample sizes. We encourage customers to try samples before purchasing larger candles.

Refunds or returns will not be issued based solely on scent preference.

Product Use & Safety

Candles must be used responsibly and in accordance with proper safety guidelines. Always burn within sight, keep away from flammable materials, and discontinue use when appropriate.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that VESPERA LUMIERE INC is not liable for damages, injuries, allergic reactions, or losses resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety instructions.
